Stuck in a moment

De un tiempo a esta parte, muchas veces me pasa que estoy dormida, soñando algo que no está bueno, y en el mismo estado REM me doy cuenta de que estoy soñando y hago esfuerzos por despertarme. Es bastante fea la sensación, es como que estás atrapado en algo que no te gusta y no podés salir. Pero al toque me despierto y pasa. Pero en ESE preciso instante, es opresivo.
